What's the next step?

Hi, I am Ray's wife, Carolyn, age 70, and I was diagnosed February, 2005. The first symptoms I probably had were loss of smell and the handwriting problem although I didn't recognize these harbingers. My first awareness was a tremor in my right hand. I now have internal tremors, head, left arm and both legs although these aren't constant as the right hand tremor is. Other symptoms are increased difficulty in performing almost any physical task although I still can do almost anything I did prior just VERY slowly.

Just for the record, my Father also had PD, as well as my Mother's brother and a sister.

I have tried Requip, Mirapex, Trihexyphen, Carb/Levo 25-100 MG, Azilect and Neupro. I am currently only taking the Azilect for the possibility that it will slow progression. I am also taking 200 MG of CoQ10. None of the above have alleviated my symptoms in any way. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
