Of course it is - its good for everyone and we espically need it to keep us going

laughter is good for the mind and spirt dont let this disease get the best of you.I was dx at the age of 32 i am 41 now and very active(on meds that is)have fun and enjoy life, dont feel sorry for yourself if you are depressed tell your doctor!!! life is too short .god bless you all... and thank you Lianna for a great forum

You are right - you need a real good sense of humour with PD, so keep smiling everyone - and life is too short to moan about anything.............. well nearly anything - we're only human

though i am not a big religious person,i am a believer

when my husband is going through a bad patch
i have a few chosen word's for him up there

when i have finished my hubby would say

"No chance of me going yet, as he will miss arguing with you down hear "

Hi guys, I thought 38 was young enough to be diagnosed but Hefty you are amazing. Im of the opinion that at least 1 good belly laugh a day is my prescribed medication.
I'm in need of oxygen by the time i'm finished & a bib !!
I cant write what made me laugh today, cos it makes me cry laughing & I can't see to type................later
