Default John Coleman's Book

I read book 'Stop Parkin'and Start Livin' (Reversing the Symptoms of Parkinson's Desease) by John C. Coleman, Griffin Press, 2005. Author advocate using Bowen Therapy (massage) and Aqua Hydration Formulas (homeopathic) for Parkinson disease treatment.

Any independent opinion on using this approach?

Hi Victor
If you look on members list under Garysimmonds you will find threads starting about Sept 09 and going backwards discussing the above book and using the treatments.I am sure they will help you to start gaining information whilst waiting for Gary to pick up your enquiry. I think some other people may also help you unfortunately I cannot assist
Regards
Mary

you are not checking the link correctly. There is a summary of the book and many other comments on it jf you take the time to look through the pages (especially page 3 onwards)
You first go to -medications and treatments,
You then scroll down to the 11th entry -John Colemans Parkinson Recovery.
You then go to page 3 and there you will find a summary of the book.
I would suggest you scroll through all pages 1-11 to see all comments and progress .
The book is merely the starting point to the long road to recovery. The main point I would make is that it is a TOTAL COMMITTMENT in order to obtain any worthwhile improvement to a persons PD situation.Unless you make the effort to input all the necessary changes no improvement will materialise-The cost is small, the effort is huge but not to try is unforgiveable.

If you read the listings, as suggested in my earlier note to you , you will find all the members comments who are trying the John Colemans approach. You may then ask them directly regarding their progress. We for one have used his system for neary a year now and feel we are making progress -at least we are not taking any extra drugs to control the PD and that must be a plus. You need to stop being doubtful and just make a start -it is only a system of healthier living and cannot do any harm ,only good.
Gary
