Have been reading with interest about the success claimed by the Werth Parkinson Centre in Valencia in the treatment provided by permanent implanting of titanium acupuncture needle into the ear lobe. There website makes for very interesting reading and certainly provides much food for thought.I would recommend reading what they have to say.
The website is www.parkinson-therapie.com.

Hi Guys

I was interested with this web site Gary in Valencia and the Consultant contacted me.

Im sorry to say it was all money orientated and even though I asked enough questions no answers were forth coming until I comitted myself financially.

my gut feeling stopped me and I can't explain why only that I'm not sorry nor concerned that i'm missing out !

I'm me but that doesn't say "dont " for anyone else wanting to consider this.

I hope you make a decision that feels right for you x

Hi Gary,

I went to above-mentioned website and printed out the entire thing to read. Yes, it does make for interesting reading. I go to a chiropractor once in awhile and one of his associates is an acupuncturist who studied and got here degrees in China. I plan to ask her if she knows about Dr. Werth and his findings.

If she does know anything I will tell you what she says. It won't be for a few weeks...but I won't forget to ask her.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Who knows what it might reveal. Hope it is positive for Parkinson's Patients.

Have a really good day tomorrow.

Hi Mona
I bought the book last year and it is very easy reading .It is 189 pages in length and comes with a bonus book about Aquas. It normally comes as an e-book so it is immediately down loaded to your computer and can be printed off as required.well worth the money. You should also find the book on the Amazon website where you could save money by buying a used copy. (Have just thought I may be talking about a different book the one I bought is by John Coleman, sorry).By the way I have ordered a book on Bowen Therapy which I should receive this coming Tuesday so will comment on that after I have read it,

Hi Mona
Right I have now switched my brain back on.Yes I did get the message from Dr Rodgers, yes it does look very interesting .Am waiting to see the price of the book compared to the e-book download .then I will decide which one to purchase.
For anyone wondering what we are talking about it is a book covering 14 interviews of the PD pioneers who have achieved success in the treatment of the CONDITION of Parkinsons (note I do not use the incorrect term of Parkinsons Disease)

Gary, how is the treatment going so far.l started reading about different stages of parky,l must admit it made me a little uneasy.as you probably read how hard it was for me to go on the medication azilect.now l have to start taking sinemet ,another giant hurdle for me.l guess the reason john coleman program is so fascinating to me is it gives me hope, that is why l ask so many questions,

Hi Mona
the treatment is going very well now and we have just incrased the Aquas to 4 drops morning and night with no ill effects but just the opposite .We are probably nearing the optimum level per day for Beryl.
She is sleeping well ,has less pain and shows no need for any extra PD drugs after almost 4years of being diagnosed ,now that really is encouraging. She is now taking regular walking exercising on her manual treadmill and already shows an improvement in her walking quality (the treadmill makes her walk by her having to pick up her feet in order to make the machine work & this is reducing her shuffling gait.)SO AT THE MOMENT THINGS ARE LOOKING GOOD.The main thing is that she is getting her confidence back and now seems to be accepting that things will get better. As you said IT HAS GIVEN HER HOPE rather than despair.
I have ordered a CD on MEDITATION TECHNIQES FOR PARKINSONS so this is another element we are adding to her progress , will comment on how this works later.
Love Gary and Beryl

dear gary and beryl, what kind of personal hygeine products do you use.for example soap shampoo deodorant.,that are free of toxins,do you think l should try the program before l go on sinemet?l mean would it make a difference to my parkinsons?l guess l should order the book.

Hi Mona
the book lists all of the toxic substances found in everyday products and amazingly most are totally unnecessary and are there to increase profits to the manufacturers. The best thing we did was to buy John Colemans book. His golden rule is -If the product has ingredients that are difficult to read and indicate unknown chemicals then those products are best avoided.(these are my words ,not his so I hope I have put them about right.)

dear gary and beryl,do the aquas make you urinate more thhan you usually would.?

Hi Mona
As the Aquas are designed to increase and properly utilise your water intake you will invariably pass more water through your body,as it is not designed to retain the water. This has not been at all traumatic though as Beryl gives me plenty of warning when we are out and she needs the toilet. We have only had 1 small mishap and this was at night , she dosn't seem normally to have a need to visit the toilet during the night more once and never more than twice.
