:):):):)have read that there are lots of health benefits to smiling. When you smile you send happy thoughts to your brain, which in turn sends happy messages throughout your body. I would rather have happy stuff going through my body instead of nasty stuff, won’t you? So, remember…whenever you have a choice…SMILE.

I should smile more often. I used to. Am so sad much of the time. Hope my swimming will help. Please pray for Tony.

I try to remember to do a lot of smiling--I need to because of the stiffness of my face. But I do have a lot of things to smile about. My husband and I will soon celebrate our 56th anniversary--the day after Christmas. That is something to smile and be grateful about! :) :) :) Juanita

Good idea, Janice. here are 5 things that have made me smile today:

S – snores coming from every room in the house when I got up first
M – Message from my daughter, telling me how precious her best friend’s new baby is
I – Imagining Janice’s Irish Leprecauns while reading the forum
L – Lettuce and Swiss Chard coming back in the garden, now that Texas is cooler and wetter
E – Eating Mexican food for lunch --- cheese enchiladas!
