Hi
I logged in a while back as the partner of a newly diagnosed 42 year old. Well we have trawled the internet and decided to give Muruna Puriens a go. We got it from India under the brand name Zandopa. Now all we need to know is how much to take? Anyone got any ideas. I have also read that it should be taken under medical supervision, but our experience is that the medical profession are not always keen to give alternatives a go. Again any more thoughts on that?

Hi Suzie Q and Janice

Pleased to hear from you both re Zandopa. I have found the scoop but as David has only very mild symptoms at the moment i do not know how much to start on, any ideas. He just has a stiffness in his right hand and a bit in his right leg, nothing that is affecting his day to day life just yet. I guess the dosage is different for each person but where do we start?
Please let me know what you started with and what to expect in effects, will it be noticable as Davids' symptoms are only slight? Any thoughts gratefully received down here in a windy, rainy and cold Brighton.

start with 1 scopp you will soon know if u have had too much.

,i think 1 scoop is equilivent to 1 sinemit. i am sure i read that somewhere ..most times 1 scoop is ok for me if you take too much u get a bit of dyskenesia it is just trial and error until you work out what u need ,let us know hou ypu are going
