Morning Heather Prill,
Just been reading about your husband winning the County Medal. Well done.
Now the reason for this thread. Elaine and I used to play golf and Elaine is still a member of Drayton Park GC in Tamworth. I cannot play anymore due to my mobility problems and Elaine has not played for ages. I have told her that she must go and play but she feels guilty about leaving me for a few hours. Is that the way your husband feels? Well he should not. It is important that he has his own quality time. He will then be refreshed and no doubt you will be pleased for him because he has enjoyed playing. I'm sure a lot of carers feel guilty about leaving their Parkers but they must not. Charging your personal batteries is benifical to both parties.
I would be pleased if you show this to you husband and hope that other carers read this also.
Sun is shining here for a change and hope it is where you are,
Have the best day that you can
