Migraine blindness is a strange thing. It comes on without warning and it starts with a kaleidoscope of grey/black swirling patterns in my immediate vision. After about 5 minutes the patterns slowly move outwards to the outside of my vision then disappear. There is no pain just the frustration of not being able to see the written word properly until the patterns move off to the edge of the eye and disappear. Is this a PD phenomen or something else?

Sounds very similar only it does not go away. I will have a word with my doctor next month when I see him. Thanks for the info. I suppose it is natural to blame everything onto PD but of course this is not always the case but I have learnt something new today. Thanks again, Drew
