Am i in the introduce yourself area still?I'm confused.
Anyway, hi, I'm Rainbow Lady and first signs of pd were in 1987 around a car wreck. So 21 years later i still go thru different stuff each week. I have reacted baadly to most all pd meds. i now take Sinemet aand Sinemet cr and 1/2 mirapex 2 to 3 times a day...as of late sleeping after meds. It's like am sleeping my life away. I am soooooo tired. In the night off meds i can walk to the bathroom and to the kitchen. mornings i get up naturally with the help of a bed bar. I keep a wireless phone with me at all times (once in awhile i forget) and have a friend 24/7 availability to help me if there is trouble or freezing etc. i have an inner belief that our good stem cells from our own body placed around the bad ones will CURE US...I BELIEVE....
Hello everyone...

Hi, Rainbow. I am Diane, carer for my Husband who has had PD for nine years. He is still mobile and still works, but has to have a driver to get him to work.
You did just right when you responded to Pauline. You clicked on "quote" and it puts the first couple of lines of Pauline's message in your response, so she can see that you are responding to her. I did the same thing on your message. I clicked on "quote" and it copied your question at the top of my response.
A thread is just a new topic. You started this new thread, called "what goes here?" If you want to stay in the topic your are reading, and post a reply, you just click on one of the two buttons at the bottom of the last message in the thread.
You're doing great. It is not always easy to see whether someone replied to you, but the best way is to stay in the thread you posted in, and read all the messages more recent than yours.
Hope this helps.
Diane
