To all members of this forum who live in the USA.
You are probably aware that there is a huge amount of money from Federal funds for research into all sorts of medical problems. One of the most hopeful researches is stem cells for hopefully finding a cure for Parkinson's.
Unfortunately Republicans deny funds for this research because it upsets a large group of their voters on ethical grounds.
The Democrats do not have that problem therefore more funds could be released to speed up the stem cell research.
I know this is opening a can of worms but I feel very strongly that stem cell research is so important to us "Parkers". I look forward to your views especially those from the US of A.
