Anybody got a webcam? If so we can set up a conference and talk to each other in real time. MSN Windows Live is the most popular method but it is not always easy to set up. You need, apart from a webcam,to have an email address attached to MSN, a microphone so that people can hear you (most webcams have a built-in microphone but not all) speakers to hear what the other person(s) is saying. Ltd-addition knows what I mean. Any thoughts?

We have friends who live in malta and communicate with them via webcam. It is just being in the same room with them and we speak more to them now than when they were living just up the road!
I just thought it may help members of the forum to communicate easier (once the kit is set up that is).
Hope everyone is having a good day the best way they can

How could we forget you Heather? You have probably put more input to this forum than anyone else.
On the other hand webcams are not expensive.
Hope you are both ok :):):)

Hi Susan, You live in a nice part of the country. 2 webcams. I was willing to be impressed then, oh oh, never mind. As long as you have the disc that came with the webcam you should be ok.
Wouldn't be great if we had about 8 screens or more on the desktop all having a natter. The mind boggles. Lianna has no idea what she has spawned. I love this forum. I felt a little isolated because the only other person I knew who had PD lives in Essex and her husband does not accept it.

May God Bless you ALL.

That's a pity Heather because my wife is 1/4 Welsh (I don't know which particular quarter!) and she would be able to interpret. I am Scots and Ltd is a Geordie, Susie is Tasmanian. You wouldn't have time to look up all the approriate phrase books! Be assured though, I will keep in touch with you. I do admire you. You inspire us all. God Bless you both
