Has anyone tried these new saunas.FIR (Far Infa Red) are a relatvely new form of treatment and unlike steam saunas are much cheaper to buy and are far more user friendly.I puchased a portable version about a month ago and I am amazed at the difference in my health,(Am currently getting Beryl to use it too,so we will see what it does for her.
The benefits are both pain relief and detoxing (much safer than purging type detox and painkilling drugs.)
If you type FIR Saunas into the search box on the internet box you will find a number of entries describing the treatment and the benefits and I for one can tell you that these saunas are brilliant -It is now my best friend(wish I had bought one earlier).This certainly supports the Parkinsons Recovery Programmes.
